Lifeguard

• Maintain a high level of customer service by communicating effectively with Water park guests and associates.

• Complete the required number of in-service hours per month to ensure a high level of preparedness to handle all situations, including any emergencies that may arise

• Maintain a current American Red Cross Lifeguard for Water Park, First Aid, and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certifications.

• Understand equipment, procedures, and policies.

• Be alert, use proper scanning techniques, and avoid unnecessary talking while on duty.

• Assist the Water Park leadership and Head Lifeguards with all other duties as assigned.

• Maintain proper grooming and appearance at all times according to Margaritaville Beach Resort standards.

• Complete any other suitable task required by management.
