Pay: $16.50-$17.00/hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

• Supervise pool activity and ensure all safety guidelines are followed
• Enforce pool rules and address unsafe behavior
• Respond quickly to emergencies and rescue swimmers if needed
• Provide First Aid and administer CPR when necessary
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized pool area
• Report directly to the Aquatics Director

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to safety and responsibility
• Confident decision-making in emergency situations
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Certified in CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
• Comfortable working with members and families
