📌 About the Role
We are looking to hire a Lifeguard to join our team in Playa de Palma, Mallorca. This role will be key to ensuring that our quality and service standards continue to make a difference in our guests' experience. If you are a proactive person, with a customer orientation and motivated by challenges, we want to meet you.
What you'll do
📝 Main Responsibilities
Preventive surveillance and rescue tasks.
First aid.
Review of first aid kits.
Comply with the company's internal guidelines and procedures.
Attend to customers with responsible and professional behavior.
What we're looking for
🔑 Position Requirements
Official Lifeguard certification for swimming pools.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
Nice to have
Previous experience in hotel chains.
Additional certifications.
