Description
We are looking to hire a responsible and energetic person to ensure the safety of members and guests in and around the swimming pools. The lifeguard will enforce safety rules with the members and guests and warn them about unsafe situations. The Lifeguard will have some additional duties that include swimming pool areas, locker rooms, and restrooms. To ensure success you need to be able to create a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with The Bridgewater Club policies and procedures. Top candidates are professional, enthusiastic, dependable, excellent communicators, safety minded, love people, and love the water.
Qualifications/Certifications:
- Possess current certification in Red Cross or equivalent Lifeguard Training including Deep Water, First Aid, CPR/AED
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Available to work flexible hours that may include evenings and holidays
- Have reliable transportation
