PEDDIE AQUATIC CENTER – LIFEGUARD POSITION

Compensation: Starting pay at $16.00 - $18.00 per hour; commensurate with experience

Job description:

The Peddie Aquatic Center is a year-round indoor aquatic facility that provides consistent annual work. We are looking for friendly, confident, and outgoing lifeguards to serve on our staff. Responsibilities include observing swimmers during open swim, swim lessons, and competitive swim team practices, monitoring chemical levels in the water, and minor cleaning to maintain the exceptional appearance of our facility.

Current Red Cross lifeguard certification is required.

Availability during the early mornings, daytime, and evening hours (6:00am-12:00pm) & (3:30-9pm).

Pay starts at $16.00 per hour but is commensurate with experience and certifications.

Additional hours are possible as an instructor with our Peddie Swim School LTS program
