On-Deck Energy
You clock in, grab your gear, and get a quick handoff from the previous guard so you know what’s happening in the pool. The shift moves fast: you rotate positions, stay locked in on your zone, and keep the atmosphere positive as swimmers come and go. Between busy stretches, you check in with teammates, tidy up the area, and log quick numbers from a water test. Evenings, weekends, and holidays can be the most action-packed—exactly when the pool feels electric and your focus matters most.
Obtain Criminal background check, Child Abuse Clearance, and FBI fingerprint clearance.
