Responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of guests at hotel pool area. Maintaining constant watch of the pool, enforcing safety rules, and responding promptly to emergencies to prevent accidents and provide assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor swimmers and pool activities to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
• Provide emergency response and first aid care as needed, including rescues, CPR, and administering basic medical assistance.
• Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment and facilities to ensure they meet safety standards and report any issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including pool decks, furniture, and restrooms.
• Communicate effectively with guests, providing information about pool rules, hours of operation, and available amenities.
