Reports to: Aquatics Leadership Team, Deck Supervisor, Lead Lifeguard

What You’ll Do
- Teach engaging, age-appropriate swim lessons that build confidence and water safety skills.
- Create a fun, welcoming environment where swimmers of all ages and abilities can thrive.
- Supervise the pool and respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies.
- Enforce pool safety rules while providing excellent member service.
- Encourage swimmers, celebrate their progress, and help them reach their goals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and positive aquatic environment.
