What you'll do

FUNCTIONS

• Identify trends in innovation, industrial digitalization
• Design and coordinate programs that combine technical competencies (IoT, robotics, cloud, data) with business skills (project management, leadership, innovation, finance, digital marketing).
• Plan and execute continuing education and Lifelong Learning (LLL) projects, ensuring deadlines, budget, and impact.
• Apply management methodologies and tools defined by LLL, contributing to standardization and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with faculties, The Valley, professional associations, clusters, and companies to co-design and validate programs.
• Align content with regulatory frameworks and certifications (ISO, IEC, ABET, PMI, Scrum, ITIL, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Lean Six Sigma).
• Supervise content production and methodological quality alongside the teaching innovation area.
• Coordinate teachers, technicians, suppliers, and resources (schedules, licenses, laboratories).
• Collect and analyze academic and economic feedback and KP
• Support the recruitment and loyalty of students and corporate clients with Marketing, Sales, and Alumni.
• Drive alliances with technological and industrial companies for co-branded and in-company programs.

What we're looking for

• University degree, desirable in Engineering, Business Administration and Management, Economics, Computer Science, Data/AI, or related STEM disciplines.
• A Master's in Project Management, Digital Transformation, General Management / Operations, or Education/Pedagogical Innovation is valued.
• Scrum Master Certification.
• Technological and industrial ecosystem: AI, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, IoT, automation, cybersecurity, industrial systems, digital twins, sustainability, and energy transition.
• Business and management ecosystem: operational finance, strategy, product, digital marketing, team leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
• Knowledge of educational platforms (LMS/LCMS) and collaborative tools (Teams, Miro, Notion, Jira, Asana).
• Familiarity with professional certifications: PMP, Scrum, ITIL, AWS, Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001/27001.
• Competencies in educational data analysis (NPS, retention, completion, academic ROI).
• Experience with technical simulators or virtual laboratories (Ansys, MATLAB, AWS Academy, Google Cloud Skills) is valued.
• Required experience
• +7 years of experience in educational project management, corporate learning, tech academia, or executive training in industrial or technological sectors.
• Experience in coordinating teaching/technical teams and managing blended or international programs.
• Desirable experience with B2B alliances or corporate training projects with technological or engineering companies.

Languages

• English B2 or higher (indispensable).
• Other languages are a plus.
