LifeSaver Mints Processing Relief Operator

The LifeSaver Mints Processing Relief Operator is responsible for operating automated and/or manual manufacturing equipment used to produce Mints following the established manufacturing procedures and prescribed formulas with exactness. The LSM Processing Operator will perform daily relief job requirements to include but not limited to, 5S audits, inventories, cleaning and stocking, and they must communicate with downstream equipment owners to ensure adherence to production schedule.

What are we looking for?

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Two (2) years' experience in a highly automated manufacturing environment.

• Communication skills, leadership skills, basic math skills, computer skills, familiarity with MS Office, and problem solving / trouble shooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree, or higher.

• Three (3) or more years of experience in a highly automated manufacturing environment, and experience on more than one (1) type of automated line.

• Strong leadership and training experience. Strong MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint skills.
