Lift Ops - Dispatcher
Description
Position Overview
At Mt. Hood Meadows, we believe in “The Perpetual Stoke”; creating an awesome work environment so our team can deliver unforgettable mountain experiences. As a Lift Dispatcher, you’ll be at the center of the action behind the scenes, coordinating communication across departments and helping keep mountain operations organized, informed, and running smoothly throughout the day.
This role blends administrative responsibilities with real-time mountain operations. You’ll help coordinate lift openings, maintain accurate records and operational reports, manage timekeeping, track statistics, and ensure important updates and documentation reach the right people. Your organization, attention to detail, and ability to communicate clearly will help keep our Lift Operations team moving in sync.
We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a dynamic environment, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you love the mountains and want to play an important role in creating a safe, seamless experience for both team members and guests, we encourage you to apply!
