At Stannah, you will take the reins on new lift installation projects from concept to completion. Collaborate closely with customers, contractors, and installation teams to ensure that every project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Your responsibilities will span a diverse portfolio of projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, and public sector environments. Enjoy a mix of home-based work, site visits, and customer meetings as you cover projects across the South of England.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and in line with company and industry standards.
• Manage project schedules, pre-start activities, deliveries, testing requirements, and site readiness from start to finish.
• Conduct site inspections and project reviews to ensure installation quality and subcontractor performance.
• Act as the key point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Control project costs, manage variations, resolve issues, and ensure successful handover and warranty completion.

Qualifications

Project Manager Requirements:

• NVQ3 in Installing Lifts
• Project Management qualification
• Understanding of relevant Lift and Building Standards
