Lift Technician | From $2,750 + Allowances | Kaki Bukit

Our client, a well-established elevator and escalator service provider under a global engineering group, is looking for a Lift Maintenance Technician to join their Maintenance Department.

What you'll be doing:

• Perform routine maintenance servicing of lifts/escalators according to maintenance checklist and contract requirements
• Apply correct work methods and procedures to ensure reliable and safe operations
• Respond to breakdowns and call-backs, including 24-hour standby duty
• Carry out passenger release from lift mantraps per contract terms
• Troubleshoot minor equipment faults and perform preventive/corrective maintenance
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental and safety procedures
• Liaise with customers on operational queries and feedback
• Complete and submit Preventive Maintenance Sheets (PMS), signed off by customer monthly
• Support ad-hoc assignments such as technical support, training and assessments

What we're looking for:

• NTC / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in the elevator/escalator or related engineering industry
• Familiarity with elevator and escalator products
• Good spoken and written English
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, team player, self-driven

Working details:

• Working hours: 8.30am – 6pm
• Location: 8/26 Kaki Bukit View
• Basic salary: $2,750 - 4,000 (depending on exp)
• Transport allowance: $108 (up to $240 with bike)
• Laundry allowance: $25
• Overtime payable
• AWS: 1 month
• Variable Bonus: to be discussed at interview
