Lift Technician
Summary
Oversee lift projects end-to-end, manage teams, budgets, and contracts while ensuring safety and compliance; provide after-sales support and technical presentations.
Job Description:
The candidate will be fully accountable for the overall result of each project and will be expected to regularly monitor and review progress
Projects must be delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with the contract scope where necessary take action to mitigate on overspends in costs
Candidate must be proficient in contract management leading teams to fulfil them
Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department. Prepare periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment
Maintain a leadership role in all aspects of risk management. Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with our safety program and focused on providing a safe work environment
Plan, evaluate and improve the efficiency of department processes and procedures to enhance quality and efficiency
Schedule routine and preventive maintenance as needed. Establish and maintain a work order system to fulfil repair requests
Prepare and deliver technical presentations
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product specification
Attend site and technical meetings with project team for smooth operation
Work on after-sales support services and providing Technician’s help
Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements
4 off days monthly, rest days depend on schedule. able to work long hours and late in evenings and weekends
