Lifting Appointed Person

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all lifting operations. • Prepare lifting studies, lifting plans, and risk assessments. • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety procedures, and statutory requirements. • Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, supervisors, and site management. • Verify the suitability of cranes, lifting accessories, and lifting equipment before operations. • Monitor lifting activities to ensure safe and efficient execution. • Conduct toolbox talks and provide guidance to lifting teams.

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in lifting operations. • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification. • Valid LEEA Certification. • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. • Thorough knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging practices, and crane operations. • Experience in preparing and reviewing lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements. • Ability to coordinate and supervise lifting activities on construction sites. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with inspection requirements for lifting gear and lifting accessories. • UAE/GCC experience preferred
