Lifting Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Lifting Supervisor to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee lifting operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards on site projects. Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate all lifting operations on construction sites. - Ensure all lifting activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. - Conduct risk assessments and prepare lifting plans. - Supervise rigging and signalling personnel. - Inspect lifting equipment before use and report any defects or issues. - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and safety officers to ensure smooth execution of lifting tasks. - Train and mentor junior lifting personnel to uphold safety standards. - Maintain accurate records of lifting operations and incidents.

- Proven experience as a Lifting Supervisor in the construction industry. - In-depth knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging methods, and safety standards. - Certification in lifting supervision or relevant safety qualifications. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple lifting tasks simultaneously. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Willingness to work in Dubai, UAE and comply with local regulations.
