We are expanding into premium architectural lighting and intelligent lighting solutions, combining innovative design, advanced technology, and quality manufacturing. The Opportunity We are looking for a passionate, technically strong, and entrepreneurial lighting professional based in Germany to help build and lead our architectural lighting and smart lighting division. Key Responsibilities Develop architectural lighting concepts, layouts, and specifications. Design and integrate DALI/DALI-2 lighting control systems, including DT6/DT8 drivers, gateways, dimming, and tunable white solutions. Collaborate with engineering teams and manufacturers on lighting product development. Integrate lighting with mobile apps, sensors, wall controls, and smart home technologies. Contribute to product catalogues, technical strategy, and lighting design standards. Take ownership of projects and help shape our growing lighting portfolio. What We're Looking For Experience in architectural lighting design, lighting engineering, or smart lighting. Practical knowledge of DALI/DALI-2 protocols and lighting control architecture. Understanding of LED drivers, optics, CRI, CCT, UGR, and lighting performance. Familiarity with DIALux evo, Relux, AutoCAD, or similar tools. Knowledge of European lighting standards and smart lighting technologies. Strong English communication skills.
