Lighting Design Technician
Job Summary
The Draughtsman is responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings and lighting layouts for projects. The role includes producing shop drawings, coordinating with project teams and consultants, performing lighting calculations using DIALux evo, and ensuring all drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare lighting calculation reports and technical documentation for project submissions.
- Coordinate with project team to meet project requirements.
- Assist in preparing tender drawings and technical submissions.
- Conduct site measurements and site visits when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Drafting, or a related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of DIALux evo is preferred.
- Good understanding of technical drawings and drafting standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
- Experience in the lighting is an advantage.
