Lighting Operator
- Conduct pre-show checks on all lighting systems, control desks, and fixtures (conventional, LED, and architectural) to ensure full operational readiness.
- Verify RCP (Remote Control Panel) settings and camera values prior to each show to maintain consistent lighting balance and image quality.
- Coordinate closely with the Floor Manager to align lighting setup with camera positions, studio layout, and video wall configurations.
- Ensure the lighting setup is ready at least 10 minutes before each broadcast or recording.
- Operate the lighting console and RCP during live shows, remaining attentive and responsive to any on-air lighting adjustments or production cues.
- Assist in installing, repositioning, or modifying lighting fixtures and rigs for new programs or special productions as directed by the Lighting Supervisor.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of lighting fixtures and control systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with the technical and production teams to support creative lighting design and implement show-specific lighting plans.
- Follow all safety standards and operational procedures related to studio lighting equipment and installations.
