- Ensure INTEGRIS Lighting is executing to the Project requirements
- Coordinate company resources to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop relationships throughout the customer’s enterprise
- Attend Project Meetings
- Ensure all communication from INTEGRIS Lighting to the customer is 100% accurate, timely and presented in a manner which exceeds the customer’s expectations, and which reflect positively on INTEGRIS Lighting
- Create Change Orders when necessary. Following up to guarantee timely execution by the Customer and follow up processes by internal INTEGRIS Lighting staff
- Review and Revise Submittals in accordance with feedback from Customer, Designer, Architects, MEP, etc. Ensure data provided is timely and accurate
- Spend time with on-site customer representative walking the jobsite, making note of issues throughout the process
- Maintain daily status update for each Project supported
- Ensure that the customer’s expectations are appropriately set
- Ensure that INTEGRIS Lighting is focused on the right activities to exceed the customer’s expectations and positioned to leverage success.
- Create and manage schedules for multiple jobsites, assuring the material is on-hand when needed for install
- Prioritize project tasks that have resource limitations to prevent impact on the critical path
- Identify risks and develop plans to minimize risks and provide contingency planning for projects

- Define the processes to be used throughout the Project
- Document the processes in a standardized format
- Ensure all internal and external resources are utilizing the process documents
- Change/upgrade the process documents as needed
- INTEGRIS Lighting Project Managers will support the INTEGRIS Lighting management team on special projects for profit improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement
- Identify opportunities to reduce cost and increase profitability throughout the organization and initiate projects to achieve improvements in these areas

- Willing to travel
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
