Lighting Project Manager

Responsibilities:
• Project Management of Lighting projects from initial planning through to successful completion.
• Manage project budgets, procurement, resource allocation and external parties.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers and business partners to ensure timely project delivery.
• Review project requirements, agreements and documentation to identifypotential risks and discrepancies.
• Monitor project costs, financial performance, claims and contractual matters.
• Provide regular updates to management on project progress and key business matters.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Interior Design or a related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of relevant project management experience
• Experience in budget management, procurement and contract administration
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Able to manage multiple projects independently and work effectively with different stakeholders
• Singaporean only need apply
