LIMS Analyst
-Work on SampleManager and Integration Manager, including
software installation, new module development, upgrades, and
support.
-Configure SampleManager using explorer folders, forms, reports,
label templates, and workflows.
-Integrate information systems and laboratory instruments using
SampleManager LES or Integration Manager.
-Handling L2 Level application support and maintenance.
-Hands on experience with Incident Management, Change Management,
Problem Management and finding the root cause of analysis.
-Experience on VBL script to monitor services, CPU utilization,
memory utilization and interfaces.
-Support remote creation and modification of report using
InfoMaker reporting tool.
-Basis knowledge of SQL database for shipping and production reporting.
-Experience in statistical quality control and Analysis to
support lab operations.
