LIMS Support Specialist

• Create and maintain sample plans within LabWare LIMS v7 to support laboratory testing and operational workflows.
• Assign and manage specifications in LabWare LIMS v7, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• Develop, implement, and manage change controls for in-process builds and sample plans to support evolving project and business needs.
• Partner closely with scientists and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and configure builds that meet project objectives.
• Ensure data integrity, traceability, and consistency across LIMS configurations and workflows.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in science (chemistry, pharmacy, or equivalent life sciences degree)
• Labware LIMS Administration 1 training (and beyond)
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restrictions

Ideal Experience:

• Project management experience
• Highly organized, strong attention to detail
• Strong technical skills in IT systems including specific working knowledge of Labware LIMS v7
• Ability to successfully complete training in a quality environment and follow SOPs and work instructions
