- Shift: Green (Days)
- Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotation
- Hours: 7am - 7:30pm
Description of Role:
The Line 6 Filler Sr. Operator role is responsible for operating the filler and equipment related to the area, ensuring product quality, maintaining sanitation and safety standards. They will troubleshoot and optimize equipment performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Minimum Requirements (Internal only)
OAP or Cross-bid form submitted
Most recent performance rating of “Meets Expectations” or higher (within the last 12 months)
No active disciplinary actions
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
Equipment operation and basic maintenance knowledge
Physical Requirements:
Can perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)
Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling, and gripping.
Ability to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, lean over equipment, and operate in confined spaces.
Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods, with shifts lasting 12 hours
Capable of working in hot, cold and wet conditions
Proficient in understanding, communicating, reading, and writing in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical Degree and/or certification (s)
Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
Experience in food manufacturing or a regulated production environment
Experience with continuous improvement and Lean principles
Familiarity with production planning, scheduling, and logistics
What will be your Key Responsibilities?
Oversee day-to-day filler operations in alignment with global standards and monitoring requirements
Perform routine tasks including start-ups, shut-downs, cleaning, inspections, and changeovers
Monitor equipment performance and take corrective action to optimize efficiency
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform basic repairs as needed
Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and manufacturing best practices
Monitor production lines and escalate downtime or quality issues when necessary
Communicate effectively with leads, operators, maintenance, quality teams, and management
Support production planning, including changeovers, scheduling, and waste reduction efforts
Provide clear and thorough shift handovers (verbal and written)
Maintain accurate records and utilize required systems and tools
Proficient in performing Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure safe operation and maintenance of all equipment
