[Responsibilities]
•Partner with product owners, designers and cross-functional teams (Financial Product Business Owners, Front-end/Back-end IT, Marketing, Call Center, Operation, Legal/Compliance team, etc.) to bring a user-centered perspective to the creation of LINE Bank products.
•Take ideas, concepts, and translate them into WOW designs for iOS/Android mobile Apps and RWD website that effectively meet the needs of internal stakeholders and most of all the users.
•Create user flows, wireframes, mockups or prototypes around user needs and product specifications.
•Deliver high-quality and detailed oriented UX and UI design Spec.
•Influence product, design, and executives through storytelling and analytics.
•Designing the final graphical layout of the product with attention to color schemes, typography, and design aesthetics.
•Articulate design strategies and decisions in a clear and compelling manner.
•Manage and maintain UI guidelines including style guide and responsive Design system.
