Job Summary

CHEFY is seeking a reliable and skilled Breakfast/Lunch Cook to join our team at a privately owned business. The ideal candidate has experience preparing high-quality breakfast and lunch items, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies and ingredients
• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner during peak hours
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times
• Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation
• Assist with inventory management, food storage, and minimizing waste
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cook, line cook, or breakfast cook preferred
• Knowledge of breakfast and lunch food preparation techniques
• Ability to work early morning shifts consistently
• Strong time-management and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain)
