The Roadhouse Grill restaurant located in the Compass Travel Center is a fantastic spot to grab a bite with friends or family. Our welcoming atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly service, is the perfect place to refuel during a road trip or for the locals to dine, unwind, and relax.

Whether you're in the mood for a juicy burger, a hearty steak, or a fresh salad, you're sure to find something to satisfy your cravings. Plus, the portions are generous, so you definitely won't leave hungry. Due to our increasing sales, we are seeking experienced Line Cooks.

• Perform line-cook related tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean cooking station.
• Learn and execute all of our recipe and plate presentation procedures.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen.
• Work a flexible schedule of evenings, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Work as part of a team.
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain personal hygiene.
• Frequently bend, stoop, and reach to move items at various heights: floor level or shoulder level.
• Stand/walk for shifts up to 8 hours (breaks are given during the shift.
• Operate all safety equipment such as emergency cut-off, fire extinguisher, and similar equipment.
