If your answer is YES, then Farmington Country Club presents an exciting opportunity for you to join our culinary team as our Line Cook! Our Line Cooks are responsible for the daily production of food for the Clubs casual dining and fine dining restaurants.
What You'll Do:
- Set up, maintain, and break down work stations;
- Follow daily prep lists and instruction provided by the supervisor and be ready for service by the times specified;
- Maintain clean, sanitary, and safe work station and equipment;
- Attend daily pre-shift meetings;
- Work alongside and learn from experienced and knowledgeable chefs, including Executive Chef Michael Matarazzo, CEC.
