Field Day Brewing Co. in North Liberty, IA is looking for full-time and part-time Line Cooks to join our team!

As a Line Cook at Field Day Brewing Co., you'll be part of a fast-paced, energetic kitchen team focused on preparing great food and creating an exceptional guest experience. Pay: $18-$22/hour based on experience

Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Set up, stock, and maintain your station
• Work efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining food quality
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food storage procedures
• Keep your station and kitchen areas clean and organized
• Communicate and work closely with kitchen leadership and teammates
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a dependable, team-first attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Flexible availability to support the restaurant's scheduling needs, including evenings and weekends.
