What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes, portions, and presentation standards.
• Setting up your station and keeping it stocked, clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Working with urgency during busy service while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Communicating with chefs and teammates to keep tickets moving smoothly.
• Following food safety, sanitation, labeling, storage, and temperature-control procedures.
• Helping minimize waste and jumping in wherever the kitchen needs support.

What You Bring to the Table:

• • Previous upscale ine cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen.
  • Strong basic cooking and knife skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and focused under pressure.
  • A sense of urgency without sacrificing quality.
  • A dependable, team-first attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
