1.Vessel Schedule Management & Optimization

• Manage and optimize proforma/structural and contingency vessel schedules.
• Communicate ETAs and ETDs effectively with internal and external parties for optimal schedule recovery and reliability.
• Keep track of and manage off-hires, vessel stoppages, and breakdowns.

2. Operational Efficiency & Cost Control

• Establish and manage extra costs (e.g., Fuel Oil, restows, vessel re-deployment).
• Proactively identify trends and propose process improvements for bunker saving and operational safety.
• Prepare and present weekly reports on vessel schedules, costs, and performance

3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with the Master on vessel operation and provide support for emergencies and crisis management.
• Support the Operations Co-ordination Centre
• Support the development of strategic plans for schedule reliability with the Line/Regions

4. Compliance & Safety

• Strictly adhere to the Joint Working Procedure (JWP) and all international and local regulations.
• Proactively identify and propose improvements on ship safety and operational needs.
