Line Trainer
Summary
On-site technical trainer teaching assembly-line operators FPC/assembly skills and safety through classroom and hands-on sessions while improving training materials.
- A bachelor’s or associate degree
- At least 2 years’ experience as a technical trainer, training specialist, or a similar role
An expert & certified Buddy Trainer - 1. Provides instruction to operators through classroom and hands-on-training
2. Teach hands-on fundamental technical skills and knowledge needed for working in identified process and inspection (general requirements, past trouble, reading comprehension, written and actual examination, etc.) in both a group and individual setting
3. Make recommendations for, and support the improvement to the new and existing training materials to increase operators skill-building
4. Hands-on support during the training process
5. Build trusting, positive, communicative relationships with Line Leader, Supevisor, PE, Managers to support Operators and address areas of concern
6. Ensures timely and accurate entry of operators data and completion of paperwork to meet all organizational and funder requirements
7. Actively participate in meetings for operators support, organizational information, training, etc. - • Strong working knowledge in FPC/Assembly
• Advanced technical skills in e-learning and mobile training
• Strong teaching and mentoring experience
• Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
