Linehaul Operations Executive - Fleet, SPX Express [Night Shift]

Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch trucks for linehaul operations.
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor vehicle movement using GPS/fleet systems and update job statuses.
- Optimize routes and delivery schedules to improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of transport activities and driver logs.
- Assist with driver rostering and shift planning.
- Verify vendor trip invoices against internal records and report discrepancies.
- Prepare daily and weekly transport performance reports.
Requirements
- GCE ‘O’/’N’ Levels; diploma in logistics or related field is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transport or logistics administration.
- Familiar with Singapore road networks and LTA regulations.
- Proficient in MS Excel and fleet management systems.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required.
