  • Build, configure, troubleshoot, and support Linux servers throughout the provisioning and delivery lifecycle.

  • Perform Linux OS configuration, user and role management, system hardening, and vulnerability remediation.

  • Monitor build progress, manage technical blockers, and ensure servers are provisioned according to committed timelines.

  • Conduct daily build status calls, provide progress reports, and coordinate with GBT/GMET teams on technical issues and delivery risks.

  • Support application setup requirements, GIS onboarding, security compliance, commissioning, and warranty activities.

  • Lead GIS handover activities and ensure server environments are ready for application deployment.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

  • Relevant experience in Linux administration, server provisioning, infrastructure engineering, or server build operations.

  • Hands-on experience with Linux OS installation, configuration, troubleshooting, user management, and system hardening.

  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, firewalls, load balancers, IP addressing, and connectivity troubleshooting.
