Linux Production Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Linux Production Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux systems and production support, with hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting production environments. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of our applications and infrastructure, utilizing your expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, Oracle, and Jenkins to streamline processes and enhance system reliability. Key Responsibilities: - Provide production support for Linux-based systems, ensuring high availability and performance. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. - Collaborate with development teams to deploy applications using Kubernetes and Terraform. - Manage database systems, particularly Oracle, ensuring data integrity and availability. - Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate deployment processes. - Document processes and procedures for system maintenance and support. - Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support as needed. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and production support methodologies. - Experience with container orchestration tools, specifically Kubernetes. - Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools, such as Terraform. - Familiarity with Oracle databases and their management. - Experience with Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
