Our client is a prominent private company that owns a number of established outlets in the Western Cape. They are expanding and have a need for enthusiastic Liquor Store Managers.
Job Purpose:
The purpose of the Liquor Store Manager is to oversee the daily operations of the store ensuring smooth running of all operations, maximizing sales, and minimizing cost. Allocate and delegate responsibilities to team. Motivation of staff members to perform to maximum capacity. Boost revenue and develop the store.
Responsibilities:
- Store targets and profitability
- Meet and achieve budgets, targets and maximise profitability
- Stock management - Oversee total stock control
- Front End function Manage and oversee the Front-End function
- Staff Management
- Security, Health, and Safety
- Excellent customer experience
- Implement and manage promotional activities
- Perform all administrative functions related to this position.

Qualification and requirements:
- Grade 12
- Must have management experience, preferably liquor store experience
- At least 2-year experience working with computers and systems
- Related qualification will be beneficial.
Salary - Market related
Working hours - Monday to Sunday, Rotational shifts
