Listing Manager Structured Digital Assets
You will own the commercial lifecycle of listed structured digital assets. You will source partner issuers and secondary-market instruments, negotiate commercial terms, design asset onboarding frameworks, conduct due diligence, and coordinate compliant listings. You will also support liquidity, advise issuers on token economics and go-to-market strategy, and help communicate complex instruments to users.
Responsibilities
- Source and secure partner issuers and secondary-market instruments for platform listing.
- Lead commercial negotiations with issuers, project teams, and institutional partners.
- Build and maintain a senior network across financial institutions, alternative credit managers, and digital asset issuers.
- Design onboarding frameworks covering legal structures, token standards, and issuance mechanics.
- Conduct due diligence on asset valuation, legal title, and cash-flow integrity.
- Coordinate with Legal, Product, and Compliance to deliver compliant global listings.
- Partner with market makers to maintain liquidity, deep order books, and tight spreads.
- Advise issuers on token economics and go-to-market strategy.
- Translate institutional instruments into accessible value propositions with Marketing and Growth.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in exchange business development, venture capital, fixed income, or structured finance.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value deals in finance or digital assets.
- Ability to perform risk assessments and evaluate project quality, fundamentals, and token economic models.
- Negotiation skills across institutional finance and Web3 stakeholder environments.
- Fluency in on-chain financial infrastructure, DeFi market structure, and compliance standards.
- Native-level English.
- Current right to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship.
