Job Description

Looking for a part-time caregiving opportunity that fits around your existing schedule? Always Best Care–Atlanta is seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver to provide hands-on support for a client in Lithonia every Tuesday.

This consistent, one-day-per-week assignment may be a great fit for someone looking to supplement their income, add a regular weekly shift, or balance work with other commitments. The client requires moderate to maximum assistance with personal care and daily activities, so applicants should be comfortable providing hands-on support while maintaining the client's safety, comfort, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care based on the client's needs.

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily routines.

• Provide mobility and transfer assistance as needed.

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

• Observe and report changes in the client's condition or care needs.

• Follow the established care plan and safe caregiving practices.

• Maintain clear communication with office staff.

• Provide dependable, consistent care every Tuesday.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.

• Ability to provide moderate to maximum hands-on assistance.

• Current, unexpired CPR and First Aid certification.

• Clear TB test result dated within the past year.

• Compassion, patience, professionalism, and reliability.

• Dependable transportation.

• Ability to pass a background check.
