DeWitt LLP is seeking a motivated and collaborative Litigation Associate Attorney to join our Green Bay, Wisconsin, office. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on a variety of litigation matters for established firm clients, while also encouraging the development of the associate’s own professional network and client relationships.

Position Overview
The Associate Attorney will support partners in managing litigation matters for the firm’s established client base while also building their own professional practice through networking and relationship development. The position involves a diverse range of civil litigation matters, including business disputes, real estate and construction disputes, and banking litigation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist partners in the representation of clients in a variety of civil litigation matters
  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Participate in discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery and preparing deposition outlines
  • Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings as appropriate
  • Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on case strategy and client communication
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing firm clients through responsive and high-quality service
  • Participate in professional networking and business development activities to cultivate new client relationships
  • Stay current on legal developments relevant to litigation practice
