Pay: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Location: Atlanta, GA — Hybrid with Excellent Remote Flexibility. Enjoy frequent work-from-home opportunities, with approximately one day per week in our Atlanta office strongly preferred.

Note: Candidates must be admitted to the Georgia Bar and have 2+ years of civil or commercial litigation experience. Strong legal research and writing skills and a willingness to handle general litigation responsibilities are essential.

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Litigation Associate Attorney who enjoys complex legal research, persuasive writing, and meaningful involvement in litigation strategy. In this role, you will:

• Conduct in-depth legal research and develop compelling legal arguments.
• Draft persuasive motions, pleadings, litigation briefs, and other court filings.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys on civil and commercial litigation strategy.
• Prepare discovery requests, responses, and related litigation documents.
• Participate in occasional depositions and court hearings.
• Assist with state and federal appellate matters, including appellate briefing.
• Manage assignments independently while maintaining excellent client service and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Bar admission.
• 2+ years of civil or commercial litigation experience.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and persuasive writing skills.
• Experience drafting substantive motions, briefs, and pleadings.
• Willingness to participate in discovery, depositions, and occasional court appearances.
• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative mindset.
• Appellate litigation experience is a plus, but not required.
