Litigation Associate Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will play a critical part in investigating and defending first- and third-party insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims.
- Handle matters involving personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage disputes, and bad faith.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Draft dispositive motions and comprehensive coverage opinions.
- Attend court hearings and conduct examinations under oath.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Bar Admission: Active and mandatory admission to the Colorado Bar.
- Experience: 3+ years of civil litigation experience within a law firm.
- Preferred Background: Prior experience in insurance defense, personal injury, or insurance coverage.
- Location: Local candidates based in Denver, Colorado (this is a 100% onsite role with no relocation provided).

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $125,000 – $185,000 per year.
