Litigation Attorney – Civil & Trademark Litigation

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Location

Mountain View, CA – Hybrid. Enjoy a consistent schedule with four days in our office, Monday through Thursday, and the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. We welcome Bay Area attorneys and candidates willing to relocate.

Note:

Active California Bar membership is required. You must be available to work in Mountain View Monday through Thursday. Newly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply, and extensive litigation experience is not required.

Job Description

• Handle a variety of civil litigation matters involving personal injury, employment disputes, and contract claims.
• Work on trademark disputes, including Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings and federal court litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research, evaluate case strategies, and prepare for hearings, negotiations, and trials.
• Communicate with clients, develop strong relationships, and advocate for their interests.
• Collaborate with our legal team to move cases forward and achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in California.
• Newly admitted attorneys and experienced litigators are welcome.
• Interest in civil litigation, intellectual property, and courtroom advocacy.
• Strong legal research, writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• Availability to work on-site four days per week.
