Job Title: Litigation Legal Assistant

Salary: $60-65K

Job Description:

AMS Staffing, Inc. is seeking a skilled Litigation Legal Assistant to join one of its clients in its personal injury practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience handling personal injury matters on the plaintiff’s side from inception to trial. This candidate must have experience with managing various aspects of personal injury including auto, trucking, premises liability and others.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Downloading and saving documents to the database;
• Maintaining the attorney calendar
• Drafting shells;
• Communicating with courts;
• Assisting with efiling (State and Federal);

Experience:

• 3+ years at a reputable personal injury firm working as a legal secretary managing a docket of personal injury matters.
