Key ResponsibilitiesDraft pleadings and motions, including all trial and pretrial filings, for state and federal courtsDraft discovery responses, including production of documentsSubpoena documents (including medical records) from third partiesReview and summarize answers to discoveryReview and summarize documents, including medical recordsDraft medical chronologiesOrganize document productionsPrepare exhibits for motions, depositions and trialsCoordinate expert appointments and assignmentsResearch (Westlaw) and other online sourcesPerform jury verdict searchesElectronic filing
