Kennedys, a global law firm with offices throughout the US, seeks a full-time paralegal with three (3) years or more of experience in Pennsylvania Defense Litigation for our Philadelphia Office. Key Responsibilities Ability to review medical records and add relevant dates/information to the medical chronologyPrepare discovery motions (Motions to Extend Discovery, Motion to Compel Discovery, and Motion to Enforce Subpoena)Experience reviewing Plaintiff's Answers to InterrogatoriesSchedule and coordinate IME's for plaintiffResearch (Westlaw preferred) and other online sourcesAssist in retention of expertsPrepare HIPPA Authorization Forms for Plaintiff's execution and returnRetrieval of medical records from providersFollow-up with providers to ensure receipt of records of HIPPA requestPerform Jury...
