Job Summary

We are looking to hire a litigation support staff for an inital period of 6 months. The role can be expanded into a permanent placement depending on job perfomrnance and work demands at the end of the 6 month period.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue letters of demand accurately to initiate debt recovery processes
• Draft and serve statutory demands in compliance with legal requirements to support client claims
• Prepare bankruptcy petitions to enforce debt recovery actions
• Manage documentation and correspondence related to litigation support tasks to ensure case progress

Requirements

- Prior work experience in a law firm litigation support work is essential as you will be expected to carry out these task independantly.
