Role : Senior Engineer - AI/ML

Job Overview :

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with a strong passion for artificial intelligence and problem-solving. The role involves developing and optimizing advanced AI/ML models, translating theoretical concepts into production-ready solutions, and building reliable LLM-based use cases with appropriate guardrails and LLM Operations practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and deploy predictive models, deep learning algorithms, and machine learning frameworks.

- Analyze ML algorithms, model architectures, and features to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.

- Identify opportunities to improve product development timelines, resolve technical challenges, and enhance overall outcomes.

- Analyze data to identify underlying issues and recurring patterns, and prepare detailed analytical reports.

- Design and develop LLM-based use cases with appropriate guardrails and LLM Operations techniques to ensure high-quality production outputs.

- Train and retrain models and systems to support continuous improvement and adaptability.

- Conduct literature reviews to stay updated on developments in relevant research areas.

- Analyze and interpret research findings and contribute to research papers for conferences and journals.

- Participate in regular team discussions to share progress, address challenges, and identify potential improvements.
