Live-In Caregiver – Ireland

We are looking for experienced Live-in Caregivers to support clients in their own homes.

Main responsibilities include:
* Personal care
* Mobility and transfers
* Meal preparation
* Companionship
* Light housekeeping
* Errands and appointments
* Supporting clients' independence and wellbeing

Requirements
* Minimum 6 months' recent professional care experience
* Experience in home care, live-in care, nursing home, hospital or a similar setting
* Good spoken and written English
* Ability to work independently in a client's home
* Ability to pass Garda vetting and required background checks
* Legal right to work in Ireland
* Willingness to complete mandatory training

Visa sponsorship is not available.

Work arrangement: Live-in / residential care

Rotation
8 weeks on / 8 weeks off

Relocation support is available, including travel arrangements, accommodation, food, transport and support with travel between rotations.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are currently outside Ireland but already have the legal right to work in Ireland.

Pay
* €14.15–€17.18 per hour, depending on qualification and day worked
* Sleeping-night allowance of €20–€30 per night
* Qualified caregivers with QQI Level 5 Care Skills & Care of the Older Person, or an equivalent recognised qualification, can access the higher pay band.
