Live Ops Coordinator

We are looking for great candidates that will work with us as Live Ops Coordinator.

We have huge experience in geo-location games, launching two successful games in the past 5 years (Landlord Tycoon -15M organic downloads, $15M revenue, Landlord GO 6M downloads, $5M revenue). This is a solid foundation for our next project with Monopoly IP.

We have built our company of 60 people purely on the revenue from our games. Our plan is to take our company to the stock market. 20% of the company shares are allocated to the ESOP, so every key team member will have a chance to be a millionaire if we succeed with our next game.

So, what is the plan?

What kind of task-oriented responsibilities you should expect:

- Create and execute events and promotion plans for engagement, excitement, and monetization;
- Perform analysis on KPI and sales trends within our games;
- Analyze and understand the game economies that are driving retention and monetization of our products;
- Develop and test hypotheses to improve the events and offers;
- Provide feedback to product development to improve product performance and service quality;
- Collaborate with Producers, Developer, Project Managers, QA, Customer Support, and Community Managers to deliver best in class player experience;
- Report product statuses and findings in a structured and timely manner to relevant stakeholders.

Check below what we expect:

• 2+ years experience as a Live Operator in f2p game;

• Proven capability to make accurate decisions based on limited available information;

• At least 2 years of experience managing project schedules, development timelines, and project releases;

• Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to work with a diverse group of people;

• Ability to self-start and work independently;

• Exceptional detail orientation, leadership, organization and time management skills, dependability, and flexibility required;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a positive attitude are required. Strong ability to create and conduct presentations to a diverse audience;

• Nice to have: knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrencies
