Pearly Lustre, Singapore’s leading pearl jewellery brand, is seeking a confident and fashion-forward Live Stream Host & Fashion Stylist to represent our brand across live commerce platforms.

This role goes beyond hosting — it is about storytelling, styling, and building a loyal audience over time. We are looking for someone who understands how to engage, inspire, and convert through live content while elevating the brand’s luxury positioning.

💎 Your Role

As our Live Stream Host, you will:

• Host regular live sessions on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms to showcase jewellery collections
• Curate and conduct fashion styling workshops for private events and VIP clients
• Plan, script, and structure live sessions to maximise engagement and sales conversion
• Present jewellery with confidence through styling, storytelling, and product knowledge
• Engage with audiences in real time — responding to comments, questions, and building rapport
• Drive long-term audience growth, not just one-off sales
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine live strategies, campaigns, and content formats
• Analyse performance metrics (views, engagement, conversion) to continuously optimise content
• Repurpose live content into short-form videos for ongoing social media growth

👤 Who We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in live streaming with measurable results (TikTok Live, Instagram Live, etc.) — essential
• Strong on-camera presence with clear, engaging communication
• Fashion-forward with a strong sense of styling, trends, and presentation
• Experience in live commerce / social selling is highly preferred
• Ability to script, structure, and adapt content dynamically during live sessions
• Understanding of social media algorithms and audience growth strategies
• Confident in showcasing and styling both jewellery and fashion during live sessions or private events
• Independent, reliable, and professional
